When will my Order Arrive?

Tracked Post: Tracked postage is sent via Australia Post or courier service.

Express Post: Express post is sent via Australia Post.

International Post and Custom Fees/Taxes: All international parcels are posted through Australia Post with tracking provided. Please note, we are not responsible for any import duties or custom fees which may arise. Please check with your local government to see if these apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally via Australia Post. All parcels are sent with tracking.

Please check your local customs/import fees and taxes as we are not responsible for additional charges.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on purchases?

We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking issues. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card and place a new order.

We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer returns of unworn/unwashed apparel, as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately not at this time.
